1965/66 results added

The oldest results known have now been added to the archive. This included 14 annotated games from that season including this one here from David Anderton. There are many players still active in the 2016/17 from that time. Phil Staley, David Anderton, Tony Sadler, Peter Hubbard, Ken Francis, Phil Porter, Paul Sharratt and Eric Horwill.
