Rules updated

The Rules have been updated following the 2016 AGM decisions. They are now available in the Wiki. League rules here and Tournament rules here. New / changed rules are highlighted in BOLD. If there are any discrepancies then Handbook version will be taken as the final arbiter. A scanned copy of which can be found here for reference. Thanks go to both the Hon Records Secretary and of course the General Secretary.
