WDCL Season 2017/18 start

Dear Players and Clubs of the Wolverhampton and District Chess League

The season has come again and I think we can look forward to tough fights as usual.

I hope that we have many good games and dont forget if have a memorable one don’t forget to send it into the webmaster for publication on the website.

Besides the team events we have the Rock and Bidgood cups as usual. I encourage as many of you to play as you can. I guarantee it is a lot of fun, it was for me when I won the Bidgood Cup.

I look forward to meeting more of you at your clubs when I come to play, just go easy on your president please.
